We took the car in (it's been awhile) and the guy at the counter knew me from that last time this happened. He fixed our tires with NO problem, NO Charge, and NO complaint.
We were in and out within an hour. 
It was a pleasant experience that I don't want to have to do again!!

guess they didn't want to end up next to the furnace once they got to hell! hee hee hee!
Glad to see that someone out there still cares about customer service ( although between you and me, if they were rude I am sure that Ira would have come unleashed!)
