Rubber Stamping

My sister in law, Michelle and I got together tonight and made some greeting cards.

This is a hobby that I've done for about 5 years and really when we moved to Nevada had no one to stamp with. So I put it all aside until I really had to make a card for someone. I'm so glad that she's willing to put up with my spazness(if that's even a word) about my stamps and supplies, and stamp with me. We have a lot of fun!!! We've even got a friend of ours to stamp with us even though she made fun of us in the begining. I've put a pictures of a few cards that I made tonight.

Here are some birthday cards, One for my sister in law, Heather and the other for my niece Sydney.

Here's a card I made for My hubbin' a "Just because" card.

More Birthday Cards. For my Father in law and one for my nephew Austin

Here's two of Michelle's cards I LOVE the Mushroom card...

Those are cute! Okay - here is what we do...we do a Card Swap about every 3 months. We get other girls/women to sign up, whoever wants to make cards. (try to get between 10-20 people). Make a deadline of when they have to sign up by. Once you have a final count, then let everyone know. Each participant has to make that many of the same card. Then you get together, have snacks, give everyone one of your cards, and leave with 10-20 variety cards. This is how I build up my card collection. It is great! and fun!!! Btw, I am coming over Labor Day Weekend!!! Let's play BOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
