Weight Loss adventure

This week is going well, I'm watching what I eat. I've also stopped drinking soda, which means that I'm having Caffeine withdrawals! I'm at the headache part so it's almost over. (Can you tell I've been through this before) I'm drinking LOTS AND LOTS of water which also means that I'm peeing LOTS AND LOTS! I'm writing down everything I eat. I now have to get the exercise thing down. I hate that part. That's it so far.

Exercise does suck! I've been trying to walk on the treadmil- the 1st 15 minutes is the slowest. You should join the gym. The one here is like $30 a month, the one in Carson is only $10. Oh yeah, you'll probably drop like 10 lbs. immediately just by giving up the soda.

Good job Em, giving up the pop is a great start, I've heard that you will loose 50lbs in the first year just from the pop. I'm proud of you keep up the good work and keep up the blog updates!!!
